More dots and boxes that will after a little study will let your fingers frolic fiendishly across the fretboard in fearsome flurry of new sounds....

Fearful of falling foul of frequent F sounds and their frankly frightful forms, I'll stop doing that.

Now comes  IONIAN #5. The 3rd mode of Harmonic Minor.

It is made of the intervals, 1,2,3,4,#5,6,7.

The diagrams below set out Ionian sharp 5/major sharp five/Ionian #5 over the whole neck, as a thre octave scale and as the 7 three note per string patterns that will let you play it all over the neck.
